Online registration will be closed on September 13. After that date, registration will be only possible on site (at the Palais des Congrès de Paris from 19 September, from 8:30 to 18:00) and fees will be increased by 10%.
* How to benefit from the group registration?
1) Send your request at email@example.com providing the list of the attendees from the same company (last name, first name, email and phone number)
2) For the rate to be applied, each person on the list has to register within 3 days after receiving the agreement of the event organization
All payments must be made in euros; no foreign currency can be accepted.
Payment can be made by:
> Cheque must be drawn in euros payable to «AFG – Congrès du gaz 2017» and sent by mail as soon as possible to: AFG CONGRES 2017 – 8 rue de l’Hôtel de Ville – F 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine. The registration number must be specified on the back of the cheque.
> Bank transfer: payment payable to “AFG - Congrès du gaz 2017”. The registration number must be given to your bank, with the name of the delegate if possible. Bank details will be specified in the confirmation of the registration.
As soon as the registration form is received, a confirmation of the registration including a recap order and a quote will be sent. The registration is definitive as soon as the purchase order or the payment will be received. Then, an invoice will be sent to the delegate.
Important: Registration will be completed as soon as purchase order or payment is received.
Access to the conferences will be provided only to participants having paid their registration fees.
Any cancellation to the Conference registration must be notified to the event organization by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +33 1 70 15 44 72. The registration fees paid can be returned only if the cancellation is received before August 31st 2017 and after deduction of expenses already incurred (a lump sum of 80 euros VAT included). Refunding will be made after the Conference.
Simultaneous translation (French / English and English / French) will be provided at all the round tables. Workshops with translation will be indicated on the programme.
Badges must be worn within the Conference area, both during sessions and receptions. If your payment or purchase order has been registered, you will receive your electronic badge by email few days prior to the Conference. Otherwise, you will receive your badge on site upon payment.
The Conference final programme will be given to all participants upon registration. The AFG reserves the right to change the programme.
Passport and visas
Depending on the country of origin, an identity card or passport (checking period of validity) is required to enter in France. An entry visa may be required in some cases: participants are recommended to check beforehand with the local French embassy or consular authorities or with their travel agents.
